Andy Cohen addressed Joe Rogan‘s support for Spencer Pratt running for mayor of Los Angeles — and he didn’t hold back.
“If anyone is qualified to be mayor of L.A.,” Cohen, 57, began when asked to give his thoughts on Pratt’s campaign for public office during the Tuesday, April 21, episode of the Watch What Happens Live after show.
Kristin Cavallari, who was a guest on the show that night, jumped in to say, “Absolutely. I was shocked, obviously. But if you actually listen to him, he knows his stuff. He’s very well-spoken. Of course, Brody [Jenner] is going to endorse him, that’s his best friend.”
She continued: “Unless you live in L.A., it’s kind of hard to have an opinion. These people lost their homes [in the wildfires], they lost everything and so people are fired up and I have empathy [for] them. I’m here for it and I honestly could see him winning. People in California really are excited about him.”

Cohen claimed that it “seems like he’s going to win,” adding that opponent Karen Bass didn’t have the same “momentum” because she doesn’t have “a lot of people” publicly advocating for her as much. Cavallari agreed by naming Rogan, 58, as one of the public figures who recently “endorsed” Pratt, 42.
“Oh, Rogan, the great mind of the universe,” Cohen fired back. “Joe f***ing Rogan. What a f***ing idiot. Sorry.”

Cohen poked fun at his outburst by saying he “had enough to drink” to have “another de Blasio moment,” referring to his live rant against former New York City mayor Bill de Blasio on New Year’s Eve years prior.
“I listen to what he says, that’s all,” Cohen added when asked if there was backstory to his dislike of Rogan. “I listen to what he says, I made my own opinion.”
Who Is the Real Spencer Pratt? How the Former ‘Hills’ Villain May End Up a Hero
Earlier this month, Rogan showed his support for Pratt’s mayoral campaign during an episode of his podcast, teasing, “Listen, man, I’m voting for you.”
The controversial podcast host, who left California for Texas in 2020, then clarified that he couldn’t actually vote for Pratt because he doesn’t live in the state. “But I’m rooting for you,” he said. “I mean, if I lived in Los Angeles, no question whatsoever, I would vote for you.”
Pratt later took to Facebook to share a photo with Rogan, writing, “An honor being on with the GOAT, @joerogan. My goal is to make L.A. so awesome, we can win him back from Texas.”
