UPDATE — 4/15/26, 11:42 a.m. ET: The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has turned herself in to authorities.
Hochstein’s attorney, Jayne Weintraub, confirmed to TMZ on Wednesday, April 15, that the surrender was voluntary and her client “has nothing to hide” as the legal process plays out.
Hochstein posed for a mugshot before being released on her own recognizance.

The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are facing criminal charges in connection to her ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.
Glidden, 52, and Lisa, 43, are each facing one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, April 13. Glidden was arrested and taken into custody in Miami Beach, Florida, last month. He is no longer in the jail database as of Monday.
According to the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Glidden “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with.”
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Jayne Weintraub, Lisa’s lawyer, and Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, Glidden’s lawyer, told Us on Monday.

Lenny, 59, filed for divorce from Lisa after 12 years of marriage in May 2022. The pair finalized their split in November 2024 and share custody of their two kids, son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
Amid their messy divorce, Lenny accused Lisa of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls in March 2023. He claimed that she placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation,” which “compromised the integrity” of their divorce battle, Page Six reported at the time, citing court documents.
Lisa denied her ex’s claims at the time, calling them “nonsense.”
That same month, Lisa revealed that she had begun dating Glidden. The pair split earlier this year.
“We’ve gone our separate ways, but I still care about her deeply and want the best for her,” Glidden confirmed in a since-deleted Instagram comment in January.
Lisa seemingly alluded to the split via social media in February.
“The past few months of my life have been hectic, so many changes and moving pieces, but thanks to @goodgreekmoving the one thing that wasn’t stressful at all was my recent move,” she wrote.
Prior to their split, Lisa and Glidden shut down allegations of drug use during The Real Housewives of Miami season 7 in June 2025. During an episode of the reality show, Glidden asked a friend whether he wanted to join him in his bedroom for “a shot and some AC” at his birthday party thrown by Lisa, which some fans believed was code for cocaine.
“I can’t believe I have to address such ridiculous rumors, but last night’s RHOM episode was a gross misrepresentation of what actually happened and manipulated editing,” Lisa wrote via Instagram.
She continued, “Jody and our non-cast friends were hanging out in our primary suite and lounge area, which we use as a common space with friends and family — they were not crowded in some solitary bathroom. Our friends did not want to be filmed, so they sought out privacy in our hangout spot. Any implication beyond that reality is completely false and upsetting. And for the record, AC = Air Conditioning, something essential in Miami!”
