Lewis Capaldi had a hilarious reaction to being mistaken for Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton.
Capaldi, 29, playfully reacted to a clip of his name being mistaken for Hamilton’s after the F1 driver, 41, was spotted hanging out with Kardashian, 45, at Coachella. On Sunday, April 12, a social media account took to X to share a clip of Kardashian enjoying Justin Bieber’s set with Hamilton the evening prior.
“Lewis Capaldi spotted with Kim Kardashian at Coachella during Justin Bieber’s set last night,” the caption read.
The post made its way to Capaldi’s feed on Monday, April 13.

His fans laughed along with him in the comments section. “This is so wrong. I hope you and Kim are doing okay 🙏,” one sarcastically replied. “The nerve of people, especially during your racing season.”
Other fans created AI images of Capaldi in an F1 uniform while posing next to the driver as others added laughing emojis.

In photos obtained by TMZ on Saturday, April 11, Kardashian was seen getting close with Hamilton at the music festival. The duo kept a low profile with bandanas wrapped around their faces and linked arms during the festival. Hamilton got into the spirit by rocking a hoodie with “Bieberchella” written across the front.
Us Weekly confirmed that the pair’s friendship turned romantic in February.
In March, a source exclusively told Us, “They are going strong and really happy. Lewis is head over heels and those closest to him believe he has finally met his match.” The insider added, “He has waited over a decade for his dream girl and is crazy about her.”

Kardashian and Hamilton have been seen together at multiple events since 2014. Earlier this year, the duo were seemingly exploring their romantic connection at Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, England.
Kardashian was previously married to Kanye West from 2014 until they finalized their divorce in 2022. They share four kids: daughters North, 12, and Chicago, 8, and sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 6.
