PORTLAND – KeyBank Commercial Banking has hired New Hampshire native Graham Duck as senior relationship manager for Maine and New Hampshire. Joining the bank on March 29, Duck will serve clients and prospects with $10 million to $1 billion of revenue and will lead the team’s commercial banking business development efforts in New Hampshire, where he is originally from. He will report to Colin March, Key’s commercial banking leader for Northern New England and Boston.
Duck brings to Key 20 years of banking experience that includes middle market relationship management, treasury management, and payments solutions. He joins from TD Bank, where he spent the last 10 years serving commercial clients throughout Northern New England. Prior to that he was with US Bank in Southern California. Duck holds a BA in business economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. He lives in Cape Neddick.

KeyBank also announces the promotion of Tatia M. Gagnon to the position of SVP, senior commercial loan workout relationship management within Key’s Specialized Finance group. In this role, she manages the bank’s workout efforts within its commercial loan portfolios throughout the U.S. and is located in Portland. Gagnon joined KeyBank in 2007 and has held roles of increasing responsibility within the commercial loan portfolio group for the past 14 years.
A resident of Gorham, Gagnon is active in her community, serving as board chair for the American Red Cross of Southern Maine, as well as on the boards of the Gorham Youth Soccer Association and Gorham Youth Basketball Association. In addition, she has spearheaded KeyBank’s Super Refund Sunday effort for several years, partnering with the United Way of Greater Portland to bring free tax preparation assistance to low-income individuals and families.
