BELFAST — The Waldo County Technical Center community will gather at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27 for its annual Senior Recognition Night, honoring graduating seniors and Certified Nursing Assistant students for their accomplishments during the 2025–26 school year.
The celebration will be hosted at The Crosby Center in downtown Belfast. Seniors are asked to arrive by 5:30 p.m.
Senior Recognition Night is an opportunity for students, families, instructors and community members to come together in celebration of the dedication, perseverance and growth demonstrated by WCTC students throughout their technical education journey. Students representing programs from across Waldo County’s sending schools will be recognized for their hard work, leadership and career readiness.
“Senior Recognition Night is one of the most meaningful evenings of the year at WCTC,” Head of Student Services Bonnie Kein said, “It is a chance to celebrate not only our students’ achievements, but also the incredible futures ahead of them. We are proud of the impact these students have already made in their schools, workplaces and communities.”
Parking will be available within walking distance of The Crosby Center, with handicapped parking available on site.
Families, friends, community partners and supporters of career and technical education are warmly invited to attend and celebrate the Class of 2026.
