Kim Kardashian takes her wellness practices seriously.
“I take, probably, 35 supplements a day,” Kardashian, 44, said on the Tuesday, May 19, episode of the “Good Hang” podcast. “I spread them out three times a day and I thought, ‘OK, I can’t do this fish oil right now anymore. I have, like, pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil.’ And I got my blood work, and it was so evident that I stopped, and I had to start again.”
According to Kardashian, she briefly stopped taking fish oil vitamins because “the pills are just so big” to swallow.
“I wish there was, like, an IV drip I could do every day,” the Skims mogul quipped. “I would just do it on my way to work.”

Kardashian has dabbled in various treatments to maintain her health and youthful appearance through the years.
“I just have to give a shout-out to Dr. George [Shanlikian],” she said in a November 2025 social media video. “Because everyone always talks about all the doctors and the longevity stuff and the endocrinologist, and I just have to shout out Dr. George, who has completely changed my life and has every supplement, all the things. He’s the best.”
In a repost on his page, Shanlikian hinted that Kardashian has undergone anti-aging, reverse aging, age management, biohacking, nutrition, wellness and fitness therapies.
Kardashian also took a step back from cosmetic procedures, telling Allure in 2022 that she’s “chilled” on getting Botox injections.
“I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything,” she told the outlet. “I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

Kardashian continued, “I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good. I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments.”
Kardashian, who shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West, has been studying to become an attorney. In addition to her legal journey, the reality TV star is focusing her sights on Hollywood. The All’s Fair actress is currently filming Paula Pell’s The Fifth Wheel.
“I have been fascinated by the comedy world and the people that I’ve been so blessed to meet over the last few years,” Kardashian said on Tuesday’s podcast. “We had the funniest day yesterday on set. … It’s like Nikki Glaser, Fortune Feimster, and I in this one scene, and I won’t say what’s going on, but Kristen Wiig is doing something perfect, so funny, and we’re supposed to be laughing and reacting. I couldn’t control myself, like, almost peed my pants.”
She added, “Every single time just being in a room with people that you want to be professional, you want to get the job done and you just can’t control yourself because it’s so funny.”
