Vice President JD Vance will be speaking in Bangor on Thursday.
Vance will be at an event at Bangor International Airport for an 11:30 a.m. event and is scheduled to give remarks at 12:30 p.m., according to Jason Savage, the executive director of the Maine Republican Party
Savage announced the vice president’s visit in a Monday afternoon email blast.
That comes as Maine faces one of the most contested U.S. Senate races in the country and as the governor’s mansion and Legislature are up for grabs.
