Maine game wardens and officials from several other agencies are searching for a 76-year-old man who was last seen leaving his Trescott home on foot Friday morning, according to the Maine Warden Service.
Dennis Beckwith was last seen at approximately 9 a.m. Friday at his residence at 670 Dixie Road.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with gray hair, a gray beard and glasses. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans or sweatpants and a blue baseball cap.
Maine Marine Patrol, Maine Forest Rangers and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office are assisting in the search.
