— Eryn Dioli bought 52 Maeves Way in Cumberland from Emmanuel LLC for $3.5 million on April 10.
— Thomas Joseph Chretien bought 4 Hamlin Place in York from 4 Hamlin Place LLC for $2.97 million on April 17.
— 53 Great Hill LLC bought 53 Great Hill Road in York from Badger Family LLC for $2.8 million on April 14.
