Every Celebrity Who Has Commented on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Backlash

When Bad Bunny was announced as the Super Bowl headliner in September 2025, backlash ensued, with some calling for his removal since his music is primarily in Spanish. The following month, he laughed off the criticism.

“You may not know this but I’m doing the Super Bowl halftime show,” he told the audience during his Saturday Night Live hosting stint in October 2025. “I’m very happy and I think everyone is very happy about it! Even Fox News …”

After briefly speaking in Spanish, he joked, “If you didn’t understand now what I just said, you have four months to learn!”
