The Trump administration paused tariffs on Canadian imports after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau agreed to be more cooperative on the border. Irving Oil sent a notice to customers saying they would see higher bills. Mainers had mixed thoughts about all of it.
PFAS-free outerwear has arrived in Maine, but be prepared to pay. The U.S. gives tax breaks to companies making clothes with PFAS. Rep. Chellie Pingree and Sen. Angus King want to change that.
