A road is being closed in Gorham so crews can repair a sinkhole.
The sinkhole formed on Route 237, also known as Mosher Road, after a culvert failed, according to the Maine Department of Transportation.
The sinkhole is near the intersection of routes 237 and 25.
The closure begins Monday to allow crews to assess the damage and plan repairs.
Drivers will be detoured by Libby Avenue and Route 4/202.
