Kelley Wolf is claiming she’s “malnourished” amid the drama surrounding her divorce from Scott Wolf.
Kelley, 48, shared her thoughts via her Instagram Stories on Monday, September 15, requesting compassion several days after she was charged with allegedly violating a protective order that prohibits contact with Scott, 57, and their three children.
“I am going to be very clear,” Kelly said Monday. “I need to be respected and given peace.”
She stated that she is “not crazy” and “not in rehab,” and is currently located in her “home town” as she awaits “a court hearing.”

She alleged, “I have no record,” and “do not abuse drugs or alcohol.”
“I have lost everything,” she continued. “I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman and I would appreciate someone saying… I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.”
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, September 12, Kelley — who shares children Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, with Scott — violated a protective order barring “direct or indirect contact” with her family. A court issued the order last month. Kelley allegedly used “a friend’s phone” in an attempt to contact one of her sons “through a friend’s son.”
“I am utterly shocked [for] the unabating aggressive use of a legal system and possibly more,” Kelley, who was summoned to appear in court on November 7, told People in a September 12 statement. “[It] has become almost intolerable to my physical body, my family’s health and well-being period. I’m unclear as to how these things are allowed to be processed. I have [allegedly] been compliant with everything legal, I have said nothing disparaging about anyone at any time. I’d like to also state for anyone who doesn’t seem to understand — that divorce can take time. Anyone who continues to put pressure on a mother when all she’s doing is fighting for her children is somebody who needs to check themselves.”

Scott filed for divorce from Kelley in June following 21 years of marriage. Afterward, Kelley was apparently detained by police for making “concerning” comments. In August, the actor denied what he called Kelley’s “deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations” against him.
“I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to ‘make claims’ about me, although she also admitted, ‘I do not believe they’re true,’ in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in court, and in the court of public opinion,” Scott said in a statement to People at the time. “In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future.”
Earlier this month, Kelley told a district court judge that she planned to enter a rehabilitation facility “starting on September 12.”
She added, “This is what was asked of me by both [Scott’s attorney] Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage,” Kelley claimed. “I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”

However, Kelley reportedly left rehab. She and Scott appeared in court on September 10, for a hearing on his request for a protective order. The judge said at the time that the terms of the temporary order “remain the same.” As Us first reported, Scott filed for a protective order on August 26 after Kelley’s arrest for leaking his phone number on social media.
Kelley spent two nights in jail after posting a $5,000 bond. She is facing charges of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment. Upon her release, the judge ordered Kelley not to drink or use drugs. She was also ordered to receive inpatient or outpatient medical treatment, and instructed not to contact Scott or witnesses involved in the dispute.
