Just like Us, Kristin Chenoweth is excited for Taylor Swift to enter her The Life of a Showgirl era.
“I’ve always been in my showgirl era, honey,” the Broadway legend, 57, exclusively told Us Weekly in a recent interview promoting her partnership with Adobe Acrobat Studio.
Chenoweth, who is a diehard Swiftie, shared that she’s looking forward to seeing how The Life of a Showgirl differs from The Tortured Poets Department.
“I want it to be so different from the last,” she explained. “And because she’s such a good show woman, I know she’s going to give it to us … she’s going to get give it to us in a completely different way”

The actress added that she’s “not worried about Taylor Swift.”
“She is a boss, amazing musician, singer songwriter, smart, ahead of things and a great example to her younger fans,” she gushed.
Last month, Swift, 35, announced that she would be dropping her 12th studio album on October 3, 2025.
“So I wanted to show you something,” Swift revealed during her highly anticipated appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. “This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl.”
Following the announcement, many diehard fans of Swift took to social media to express their excitement. Among those Swifities was Chenoweth herself.
“Always been in my showgirl era… 
,” Chenoweth wrote via Instagram in August while also tagging Swift’s page.
Chenoweth’s post included several photos of her on stage performing in Broadway shows over the years, including The Apple Tree and more recently, The Queen of Versailles, which hits Broadway this fall.
While Chenoweth waits for Swift’s upcoming album, the Wicked alum is facing off against Chance the Rapper to create a new jingle for Adobe Acrobat Studio. Chenoweth is sticking with what she knows and infusing opera into her tune.

“I never thought I’d be singing literal opera, talking about PDF files. That’s a new thought. Who knew?” she told Us.
When Chenoweth was asked to join the campaign, she admitted she was “not tech savvy” and was unsure if she was the right fit. However, she later learned that Adobe Acrobat Studio was made with someone like her in mind.
“When they were telling me about Acrobat Studio and what it was going to do and make it more of a one-stop shop for someone like me … I do a lot of different things,” she explained. “So right now I’m preparing for Broadway, but I’ve been on the road on tour, it just makes sense to have sort of a one-stop shop. I want to go there. ‘What time is my rehearsal? What time do I end? Wait, there’s the script, the new pages, because we’re constantly working on the piece. Where is that?’ So I can just go [to] it. It actually makes it perfect for someone like me.”
