A Northport motorcyclist died Tuesday afternoon after a collision with a pickup truck.
Channon Stancati, 43, was riding a 2004 Harley-Davidson motorcycle on Hatchet Mountain Road about 4:50 p.m. when he collided with a 2019 Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by 37-year-old Chandler Adams of Brooks, according to the Pen Bay Pilot.
Stancati died at the scene, the Pilot reported.
Adams was treated and released at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, but investigators believe speed and road conditions contributed to it.
