Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, told a district court judge she plans to enter a rehabilitation facility after being arrested and charged with three misdemeanors.
According to a report from People published on Tuesday, September 2, Kelley, 48, appeared in a Utah court earlier that day on charges of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after her August 26 arrest.
The outlet reported that Kelley is now officially facing “one charge of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment stemming from an incident on August 25, and two charges of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information connected to events that transpired on August 26.”
The rehabilitation plans were detailed by Kelley herself during Tuesday’s hearing. “I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12,” she began, per the outlet.

Kelley continued, “This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage. I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”
As for Utah prosecutors’ request for Kelly to be banned from using Instagram amid her ongoing divorce from Scott, 57, as revealed exclusively by Us Weekly on Friday, August 29, People reported that the judge “did not rule” on the request.
Us reported last week that Scott, who announced his split from Kelley in June after 21 years of marriage, called the police on August 26 over an issue which led to Kelley’s arrest. Per an office report, viewed by Us at the time, Kelley allegedly called Scott but did not say anything on the phone. A short time after the initial call, Scott allegedly received further calls from strangers.
Prosecutors Demand Kelley Wolf Be Banned From Instagram After Arrest
“Scott started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people, some of the calls just showed phone numbers, others had the caller’s names listed,” the police report read. “Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him.”
The calls were placed after Kelley posted an Instagram Story with a phone number and the words, “Let’s let dimples field his own press? Right?” The report claimed that Scott said he received 24 phone calls and multiple texts “in the first ten minutes” after Kelley’s initial silent phone call.
Three days after the incident, Us reported that Scott was given a temporary protective order against Kelly. He currently holds physical custody over the pair’s three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
In People’s report on Tuesday, it was revealed that Kelley’s next hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30.
