The Maine State Police issued a silver alert Sunday evening for 71-year-old Michael Michaud of Skowhegan.
Michaud, who suffers from cognitive issues, left his home on Russell Road on foot, police said at 7:30 p.m. He is a white male, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
Michaud was last seen walking on Russell Road wearing a long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and L.L. Bean boots.
