Jason Kelce showed off his impressive weight loss in a series of sweaty photos posted on social media.
The former Philadelphia Eagles star, 37, shared some workout pictures via Instagram on Thursday, August 21, showing off his toned arms in the process.
Kelce performed his intense workout routine at Alpha Phlyte Fitness, which has locations in Downingtown and West Chester, Pennsylvania.
The gym also posted the pictures of Kelce on their Instagram, writing, “When hungry dogs run faster.”

Decked out in an Eagles tank top, Kelce completed some weight training and was seen doing a plank against one of the gym’s walls.
Kelce previously showed off his 25-pound weight loss during a wardrobe malfunction at the 2025 Truist Championship pro-am in Philadelphia in May.
Kelce was complimented on his noticeably slimmer figure in a video shared by the PGA TOUR.
“You’ve lost a little weight,” somebody told Kelce on the practice green.
Kelce responded, “I’m trying,” revealing he had trimmed down to 270 pounds after playing at 295 during his NFL career.
The former Eagles center announced his retirement in March 2024 after 13 seasons with the franchise.
In June 2024, Kelce said he had already begun the process of shedding some of his playing weight.
“Right now, I’m about 277. I’m almost 20 pounds down right now,” Kelce told GQ at the time. “It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make that much more adept at playing with my children.”
Since then, Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn,” in March. Jason and Kylie, 33, also share daughters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 2.
Since retiring from the NFL, Jason has worked as an analyst on ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown and hosted his own variety show on the network, They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce.

Jason also cohosts the popular “New Heights” podcast with his younger brother, Travis Kelce.
In a recent interview, Jason explained how his bond with Travis, 35, is tighter than ever before.
“Travis and I have been close for a long time,” Jason told reporters at the American Century Championship golf tournament on Saturday, July 12, via Starcade Media. “Now with the podcast, we talk to each other more than we ever have.”
Jason added, “We loved each other growing up. We still love each other. Now it’s more like peer to peer, whereas growing up, being the older brother, it was a little bit different.”
