Olivia Culpo is already working on her post-pregnancy body, it seems.
“Here goes my diet,” Olivia, 33, said in an Instagram Stories video on Wednesday, July 23. The clip showed her mom, Susan Culpo, bringing her multiple desserts. The snacks appeared to be a rather decadent looking chocolate chip cookie and blondie.
“I told her I’m on a diet,” Olivia captioned the post, adding a skull emoji.
The clip came nearly one week after Olivia announced that she and husband Christian McCaffrey welcomed their first child. The couple revealed the name of their daughter, Colette Annalise, in a joint Instagram post on July 13.

“Colette is so lucky to have the best daddy in the world,” Culpo wrote in a separate Instagram Story post that same day, sharing a photo of McCaffrey, 29, with the newborn. “A love like no other.”
Olivia also offered more details into her birth story via Instagram, revealing that she gave birth via C-section.
The former reality star called it “the scariest and most rewarding of all experiences,” noting that she felt “most at peace” with McCaffrey by her side.
Olivia and McCaffrey started dating in 2019 but did not take their relationship public until the following year. He proposed in April 2023, and they exchanged vows in June 2024. Olivia announced this past March that she was pregnant with their first child.
Before giving birth, Olivia got “roasted” (her words, not ours) for sharing an inside look at her hospital bag on TikTok.
“I am such a pillow snob, so I knew that I was going to need specific pillows. It’s just, like, a me thing,” Olivia shared, in part, during the July 11 video. “I don’t know what the hospital pillows are like, but I am not taking my chances. I need to get my beauty sleep. I’m gonna be a mom!”

She also packed comforters, aromatherapy spray, pajamas, a full skincare routine and products to assist with breast-feeding.
“A lot of this stuff is more luxuries as opposed to essentials,” she said in the clip. “And I’m aware of that. I thought I would make my hospital stay more comfortable.”
Days later, Olivia told fans in an Instagram Story that she couldn’t part ways with the flameless candles — no matter what commenters had to say.
“I got roasted a little for what I packed,” she said in the July 15 post. “But I ended up using it ALL. When you’re recovering from a C-section and stuck in the hospital for 3-4 plus days, having your creature comforts is no joke. Sharing in case it helps another comfort queen.”
