Sean “Diddy” Combs will be spending the Fourth of July holiday behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Diddy, 55, was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution on Wednesday, July 2. Following a plea for a release on bond, the disgraced music mogul was remanded back to MDC in Brooklyn, New York, to await his sentencing hearing in October.

Diddy’s holiday will begin with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, milk and a breakfast cake, according to a menu obtained by People. Hours later, he will reconvene in the commissary for lunch. Options include a choice of a hamburger or bean burger or two hot dogs or soy dogs. Inmates will also be served mac and cheese, green beans, fruit and juice.

According to the outlet, dinner options include baked fish or black beans with a side of buttered noodles, mixed vegetables and two slices of white bread.

Diddy has been incarcerated at MDC since September 2024 when he was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. The rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied all of the accusations.

Following the weeks-long trial, the jury rendered its verdict on Wednesday. Diddy was acquitted on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but found guilty on the transportation charges. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Diddy’s attorneys have since spoken out regarding the verdict, pledging to keep fighting for their client.

“I want to thank my client Sean Combs for trusting us. Myself and everybody here, this incredible dream team that he put together,” lawyer Teny Geragos said during a Wednesday press conference. “Without him, we would not be able to do this. He is incredible, and I want to thank him.”

She added, “Despite the terrible conditions at the MDC, I want to thank the good people who work there who ensured that we had a sufficient amount of time to prepare for trial. It is extremely difficult to prepare for a federal case in the conditions at the MDC, and they did everything they could to make that happen.”

Lead defense attorney Marc Agnifilo also called the verdict a “great victory” for both Diddy and the justice system.

“Today’s a great victory,” Agnifilo said. “It’s a great victory for Sean Combs, it’s a great victory for the jury system. We are not nearly done fighting. We are just getting started.”
