The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, although hours vary from day to day. It is open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays, according to its Facebook page.

Chipman’s Wharf, Milbridge

You can eat fresh-caught lobster and other seafood while overlooking Narraguagas Bay at Chipman’s Wharf. From the restaurant you can watch boats — including some operated by the family owners — come in daily to drop off softshell and hardshell lobsters and other seafood seasonally.
You can also purchase live lobster from Chipman’s Wharf to cook at home if you’re unable to get to Milbridge. Lobsters are packed in an ice pack-filled cooler and shipped overnight to arrive as soon as possible, and is a great option for people missing the taste of a Maine summer.

Chipman’s Wharf is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Keep an eye on the restaurant’s Facebook for updates on the catch of the day, as options can change daily or weekly. The Wharf regularly posts updates on what is available for purchase, along with prices.
