Robyn Lively is standing by sister Blake Lively’s side after Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit was dismissed.

In an Instagram Story reposted by Blake, 37, on Tuesday, June 10, Robyn, 53, shared a throwback photo of the twosome embracing. “I held you then…” Robyn captioned the image.

Robyn then shared a more recent selfie of the siblings, who smiled for the camera. “…Now,” Robyn wrote.

In a third Instagram Story post, Robyn uploaded a pic of her and Blake holding hands as they stood next to each other. “…And always,” Robyn added.

Justin Baldoni Vows to Continue Blake Lively Legal Fight After Dismissal

“No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you,” Robyn continued. “I love you sister.”

Blake, for her part, reacted to Robyn’s support with a message of her own. “I love you more. Always. Forever. Near or far. Closer together,” Blake wrote over the reposted image, adding a heart sticker which read, “I love you so, so hard, like the most ever.”

The series of snaps came one day after news broke that Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit and the actor’s $250 million libel complaint against The New York Times. (The outlet was the first to report the news in December 2024 that Blake accused her It Ends With Us costar and director of sexual harassment and of launching a campaign to destroy her reputation. Baldoni, 41, denied all allegations at the time.)

The judge noted that Baldoni could still amend his claims for breach of implied covenant and tortious interference with contract. The deadline is June 23. Blake’s lawyers celebrated the decision as a “total victory and a complete vindication” for the actress.

Blake Lively Breaks Silence After Justin Baldoni Lawsuit Is Dismissed

“As we have said from day one, this ‘$400 million’ lawsuit was a sham, and the Court saw right through it,” Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb said in a statement to Us Weekly, adding that they “look forward” to “seeking attorneys’ fees, treble damages and punitive damages.”

Blake, meanwhile, promised to “stand up” for women’s rights in a statement of her own after the dismissal.

“Last week, I stood proudly alongside 19 organizations united in defending women’s rights to speak up for their safety,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, June 9. “Like so many others, I’ve felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us.”

She continued, “While the suit against me was defeated, so many don’t have the resources to fight back. I’m more resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman’s right to have a voice in protecting themselves, including their safety, their integrity, their dignity and their story.”

Blake noted that “there are protections out there” for women in need, sharing resources for “some of the incredible organizations” she has worked with or is aware of, including the National Network to End Domestic Violence.

“With love and gratitude for the many who stood by me, many of you I know. Many of you I don’t,” Blake concluded. “But I will never stop appreciating or advocating for you. — B.”

In the wake of the judge’s decision, an insider close to Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, exclusively told Us that the pair “feel relief and vindication,” adding, “Blake is feeling a sense of pride that she continued to use her voice and stand strong and the counterattacks will now no longer be given more air.”

Baldoni, for his part, reacted to the decision via a statement from his attorney.

Justin Baldoni’s Lawsuit Against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Dismissed

“Ms. Lively and her team’s predictable declaration of victory is false, so let us be clear about the latest ruling,” Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman told Us in a Tuesday statement. “While the Court dismissed the defamation-related claims, the Court has invited us to amend four out of the seven claims against Ms. Lively, which will showcase additional evidence and refined allegations. This case is about false accusations of sexual harassment and retaliation and a nonexistent smear campaign, which Ms. Lively’s own team conveniently describes as ‘untraceable’ because they cannot prove what never happened.”

The statement continued, “Most importantly, Ms. Lively’s own claims are no truer today than they were yesterday, and with the facts on our side, we march forward with the same confidence that we had when Ms. Lively and her cohorts initiated this battle and look forward to her forthcoming deposition, which I will be taking. We are grateful for the organic show of support from the public and for the dedication of the Internet sleuth community who continue to cover the case with discernment and integrity.”

The case is set to go to trial in March 2026.
