The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office has named a person of interest in the Monday shooting in Glenburn that left one person with life-threatening injuries.
Brandon Harvey, 43, of Glenburn is one of two persons of interest in the shooting on McCarty Road, and the sheriff’s office said Monday night that, “One of the persons of interest made contact with the Sheriff’s Office.”
The sheriff’s office responded to a call about a “disorderly” situation around 3:30 p.m. Deputies found one person with a gunshot wound and another with minor injuries. Both were transported to the hospital. A suspect fled the scene, officials said.
Investigators are working to locate both persons of interest. They are “considered dangerous and should not be approached.” Authorities found a vehicle linked to the suspect in Bangor Monday.
