Demi Engemann is all about transparency.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 30, opened up about going under the knife via Instagram on Sunday, June 8. While answering fans’ questions about whether certain rumors were “facts” or a “cap,” the Hulu personality shared that she got a nose job.
“FACT!” Demi Engemann captioned a pic of her nose before surgery. “This bump from the side drove me nuts in pics!” She explained, “I had a partial rhinoplasty done 6 years ago from Dr. John Bitter. He did a phenomenal job!”
Engemann also posted a pic of her results in the next snap.

This isn’t the first time Engemann has been open about getting plastic surgery.
In 2024, she shared via TikTok that she got a breast augmentation, joking that her husband wouldn’t be able to touch her bust.
“Your plastic surgeon gave you the perfect 
,” she captioned the post. “And then says your husband can’t touch them for 2 weeks.” Engemann also shared the surgeon that she went to, Dr. Gregg Guilfoyle, who is based in Provo, Utah.

Engemann explained how common plastic surgery is in Utah during a 2024 interview with Page Six.
“Utah’s known for having very minimal procedures done to where we still look natural,” she said, noting it’s popular for women there to go under the knife “before we were 20 years old.”

Engemann continued, “And I feel like if you just get minimal things done that just bother you, then you don’t have to think about it. When you think about taking off the thought of it constantly, it’s worth it all day long.”
Season 2 of The Secret Wives of Mormon Lives premiered on Hulu last month. Part two of the season is set to premiere later this year.
