The jury for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial heard audio of one of the rapper’s alleged “freak offs,” recorded on a phone and played for the court on Thursday, June 5. (The rapper has pleaded not guilty to all charges.)

In the recording, a man identified as a male escort can be heard allegedly having sex with the woman who is testifying as Jane Doe. At one point, Jane asked the escort to look for a condom, at which point Diddy, 55, seemed to interrupt.

“What are you guys doing?” he asked. “What do you guys want?”

“You promised,” Jane replied.

“You are just taking that d***,” Diddy said, later adding, “If you don’t touch yourself right now … ”

Jane Doe Claims Diddy Freak Offs Gave Her Yeast Infections ‘Every Week’

Jane, who was present in the courtroom when the audio was played, clarified that at that point in the recording, “my understanding was that my request was denied and that I should move on.”

After Jane finished having sex with the escort and Diddy, she said she would then shower, change outfits and prepare for the next “entertainer.” Asked whether she ever got tired, she replied “yes” through tears and added that she would try to communicate her fatigue to Diddy through “little faces.”

In order to stay awake during the freak offs, at least one of which allegedly went on for 18 hours, Jane said she would take multiple doses of ecstasy. She would also try to rush into sex with the “entertainers” to get it over with faster, though she claimed Diddy would ask her to slow down.

The recording was played on day 18 of the trial, which began in May in New York City. Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all of the allegations against him.

Judge Rules on Diddy’s Attempt to Block ‘Freak Offs’ Evidence in Trial

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” his attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Diddy has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest, with his four requests for bail denied by judge Arun Subramanian.
