Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin’s wife, Victoria Goodwin, was arrested in March 2025 on charges of soliciting to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder.
Victoria — who was married to Aaron for nearly three years before he filed for divorce later that month — was accused of being in contact with a Florida inmate to hire a hitman. The alleged plan involved murdering her husband in 2024 while he was traveling to film Ghost Adventures, which is a paranormal series that investigates haunted locations around the world to find proof of spirits.
Aaron told TMZ at the time that he was “blindsided and devastated” by the situation.
Victoria initially denied the allegations and reportedly told police she did not want her husband killed. However, by April 2025, she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and was convicted that June.

The pair wed in August 2022 at Disneyland after having to postpone their initial date, which was set for May 2020. Aaron and Goodwin took photos at the theme park’s spooky ride, the Haunted Mansion, as part of their celebration.

Victoria apparently shared information about Aaron’s Ghost Adventures filming schedule within the messages.
“He’s asleep right now in the hotel room … I need to know what’s going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?” another text from Victoria allegedly read.
