Deputies arrested an Enfield man Saturday and charged him with two counts of unlawful trafficking of drugs.
According to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle on Pleasant Street in Passadumkeag around 5:50 p.m. driven by Alton Whitney, 44, of Enfield.
Inside the vehicle, deputies found drug paraphernalia, more than 100 grams of methamphetamine and 25 grams of crack cocaine.
Whitney was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful trafficking of Schedule W drugs.
