A pedestrian was pinned into a guardrail Wednesday when a farm truck and commercial vehicle collided in Weston.
The two vehicles collided on Route 1 while one was attempting to make a turn, sending them into a guardrail where a pedestrian was sitting, according to the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office.
One of the vehicles pinned the pedestrian, who was flown to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor with serious injuries, the sheriff’s office said Thursday.
The crash remains under investigation, but police don’t believe speed or alcohol was a factor.
