Meghan Trainor recently made some tweaks to her body — and she just changed the lyrics of a popular hit to reflect them.
Trainor, 31, included a reference to her breast augmentation while singing “All About That Bass” at 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango event in Huntington Beach, California, on Saturday, May 10. Instead of the line, “I ain’t no size 2,” she sang, “I got some new boobs.”
The Grammy winner revealed in March that she recently had a breast augmentation and lift. “I’ve got big news to share. Yup, I got my boobs done,” she said in an Instagram video at the time. “As you know, I’m in a super busy chapter of my life. I’ve been touring, working and mommying really hard! So recently, I decided to do something just for me.”
She continued, “After having kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’m so obsessed. I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life.”
During the procedure, Trainor received a pair of Motiva implants.
“They look and feel amazing,” she told her followers. “I wanted to make sure I had a very natural look and feel, which is why [the Motiva] implants made the most sense because they adapt to movement making them feel more like natural breast tissues.”
Trainor initially confirmed her surgery plans in November 2024, explaining that she felt she had “saggy sacks as boobs” after breast-feeding her two sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 22 months, whom she shares with husband Daryl Sabara.

“I’m gonna have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s gonna be huge,” the singer explained on her “Workin’ on It” podcast last year. “They’re not gonna be big, sorry, they’re going to be tiny. I mean, it’s going to be huge for my confidence.”
Last month, Trainor revealed that she and Sabara, 32, are both taking the GLP-1 medication Mounjaro for weight loss.
“I also gained some [sympathy] pregnancy weight,” Sabara said on an April episode of the “Workin’ on It” podcast. “We’ve been on this journey for a while and we learned how there are right ways to do it.”
Trainor added that they feel “no shame” about using the medication, saying, “We were like, ‘We have to make sure we don’t lose muscle that we worked so hard gaining all those years. … We stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry.”
