Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have once again confirmed their status as the friendliest exes in Hollywood while celebrating Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 11, with their kids.
Affleck, 52, was spotted arriving at Garner’s home in Brentwood, California, with son Sam, 13. In photos published by the Daily Mail, the actor was clutching a small gift and looked relaxed in jeans and a crisp white T-shirt branded with his new Netflix project, Animals. Later, a bouquet of flowers was delivered for the actress, 53, who was at home with Seraphina, 16. (The former couple’s eldest daughter, Violet, 19, is away at college.)
The amicable coparents often come together for special occasions with their brood. They were seen looking cozy at Sam’s paintballing birthday celebrations back in March. One month later, Affleck praised his ex, who he split from in 2015 after a decade of marriage, in an interview with GQ.
“I’m really lucky that I have a really good coparent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids’ mom, who’s wonderful and great and we work together well,” he said.

Mother’s Day weekend was a busy one for Garner. She also stepped out with her younger children earlier in the day as part of the charity challenge she’s set herself to run or walk a mile a day for 67 days to raise money for Save The Children.
She attempted to post a Mother’s Day Instagram Story about her mission but messed up the audio. “Bless this mother and working a telephone camera,” she wrote to explain her blooper. “What I said that is now in slow-mo: I am running today for moms around the world who watch their children suffer from hunger because shortages of ready-to-use therapeutic food are putting kids’ lives at even greater risk.”
The actress also shared a cute video montage featuring her own mom, Pat, and wrote: “You’re the GOAT, mom. Happy Mother’s Day.” Her friend Rita Wilson commented: “God she’s amazing. As are you!”
Garner is currently dating John Miller, with a source exclusively telling Us Weekly last month that the couple are serious about each other. “John is basically living with Jennifer part-time,” the insider said, noting that the businessman, 47, moved out of his Los Angeles home before a string of deadly wildfires devastated the area in January.

The insider added that Miller is figuring out his next steps. “He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer’s home,” the source added. “But he’s been staying with Jennifer more often [and] doesn’t want to impose, so he’s looking for his own place… [and] deciding whether he’ll rent or buy.”
Affleck, meanwhile, finalized his divorce from Jennifer Lopez in January after two years of marriage. Lopez, who shares 17-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex Marc Anthony, shared a glimpse of her own Mother’s Day celebrations via Instagram on Sunday, writing, “Wishing everyone love, laughter, peace, joy and happiness
