NORTH CONWAY, New Hampshire — On Monday, May 19, Norway Savings Bank will open its first New Hampshire branch at the beautiful, newly constructed NSB building on 11 Commercial Drive (the corner of Route 302 and Eagles Way) in North Conway, NSB’s 25th branch overall.
The branch includes new technology, a modern design and energy-efficient features, and the team that will serve in it delivers a wide range of experience and a deep knowledge of the area and its people.
“The new branch is truly stunning. It fits the area quite well. I can’t wait for the opening and to help people achieve their dreams,” said Kristen Charette, who has worked with customers in the Mount Washington Valley area since 2003 and will serve as mortgage loan officer VP in the new branch.
“It’s been inspiring to see the new facility built. I think our personal customers and business clients will also truly appreciate our friendly and knowledgeable team and our personal approach to banking relationships. We really get to know their unique needs,” said Jack Day, who lives in North Conway and has worked with clients in the area for 27 years.
“I’m proud of what our new location is going to provide. We already have over 300 customers in the North Conway area and new relationships are being made each day. There are many individuals, families, and businesses that will appreciate what we have to offer when they step inside the new branch,” said Michelle Luce, who currently works with many New Hampshire customers in her role as market manager/loan officer AVP in Fryeburg, with North Conway being added to her oversight.
In addition to 159 years of providing those financial solutions and the highest level of customer service in the process, NSB also prioritizes contributing value to the communities in which it serves and has already made donations to several local non-profit organizations, including the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition, Tin Mountain Conservation Center, Trout Unlimited, Conway Humane Society and others.
“NSB is thrilled to expand possibilities for non-profit organizations in North Conway and surrounding areas through financial assistance, sponsorships, and volunteerism, and we look forward to extending that support for years to come,” said Dan Walsh, president and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. “We’re dedicated to going ‘beyond a check’ by building connections at nonprofits, learning how we can best help, and making an impact on crucial work that benefits people in need in the Mount Washington Valley.”
