Police charged a Bangor man with murder in a cold case from 1984. How police came to believe Raymond Brown killed 18-year-old Linda Maxwell is not yet known, but a reporter who kept the slain teen in the public eye celebrated the news of his arrest.
A judge let a Maine businessman convicted of fraud manage rental properties again. It’s the latest twist in a series of legal fights for Nathan Reardon dating to in 2020 when he lied to get a pandemic loan and spent the money on personal items.
