Meghan Markle is just like Us when it comes to missing her kids.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, revealed on the latest episode of her podcast, “Confessions of a Female Founder,” that she often finds herself yearning for her and Prince Harry’s children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, even when they’re out of sight for just a moment.
“Now you have the title of ‘Mom,’ just like me,” Meghan shared with her guest, Girls Who Code and Moms First founder Reshma Saujani, on the Tuesday, April 15, episode of “Confessions,” adding that “Mom” is her “favorite title.”
“I love being a mom. Oh, my gosh, I love being a mom so much,” the royal continued. “It’s my favorite thing. It is the thing where you’re like, ‘Oh, my gosh, I just need a break, I just need a minute,’ and then the second you step into the other room, you go, ‘Oh, let me just scroll through pictures of them endlessly on my phone.’”

Meghan also opened up about juggling her lifestyle business, As Ever, with the demands of parenting, especially when her little ones aren’t feeling well.
“My kids, for example, right now, one has RSV [respiratory syncytial virus], the other has influenza A,” Meghan revealed. “I hear the little pitter-patter of feet upstairs, they’re home from school, cough syrup all night and rubbing the back. You go, ‘And we still find a way to show up for both.’”

Meghan advised other female founders to be “honest” with their colleagues and other business stakeholders about what might be going on in their personal lives.
“Just be honest in the journey of it,” she said. “Just say, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna show up for you, but I’m showing up for you in my sweatshirt today because I’ve been up all night with my babies.’ I’m still gonna be able to show up for both because both matter and both are what keep my cup full.”

On the premiere episode of “Confessions of a Female Founder,” the duchess gave some insight into running her business from her home office while also looking after her daughter, Lilibet.
