Virginia Giuffre is making headlines following a bus accident, years after she accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault in 2019.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” Giuffre, 41, captioned an Instagram post on Sunday, March 30.
Giuffre uploaded a photo that showed her alleged injuries, including a black eye, that appeared to be taken from a hospital bed. (Giuffre currently lives in Australia.)
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” her caption continued. “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

Now, Australian police are claiming there were no injuries reported from Giuffre’s accident.

What Happened to Virginia Giuffre?
Guiffe’s Instagram caption claimed that she was involved in a bus accident. According to her account of the situation, a school bus was traveling at approximately 100km, which converts to 70 mph. She did not share further details of the accident, only revealing that doctors told her she had only “four days to live.”
Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, said she was “not doing good,” while speaking with U.K.’s The Telegraph, on Monday, March 31.
“It could be that she could pass away in four days, like she said,” he told the outlet. “But if she gets another doctor, they could probably do other things for her. So that’s all I’m waiting to hear.”
What Have the Police Said?
Australian police told People on Tuesday, April 1, that there was a “minor crash” between a bus and car just outside of Perth. Authorities told the publication that no injuries were reported at the scene, and no one had been taken to the hospital.
“The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained approximately $2,000 worth of damage,” the police statement read.

“If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live then a complete confession is needed,” she declared on Monday. “I don’t believe it though, the FBI are on her right now and arrest warrants are incoming: She’s conveniently dying to evade jail.”
She claimed that “reliable sources” had informed her “the FBI went to [Giuffre] recently with evidence/proof that she lied with recordings where she admits nothing ever happened with Prince Andrew.”
Giuffre accused Andrew in 2019 of sexually assaulting her when she was underage, alleging that they had met through the prince’s connection to late billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew stepped back from his royal duties at the time but has continued to vehemently deny the accusations. He and Giuffre settled out of court for an undisclosed sum in 2022.
