Tracker finally showed Justin Hartley‘s Colter get intimate with Sofia Pernas‘ Billie after two seasons of buildup.

During the Sunday, March 30, episode of the hit CBS series, Colter asked Billie for a favor that involved her going undercover in a women’s prison. Billie poked fun at Colter for cashing in on his favor by questioning if he was “keeping tabs” on her. Later, Colter is asked by Detective Brock (Diana Maria Riva) if he considers Billie a friend, which he seemed unsure about at the time.

Turned out, Billie came through for Colter in a major way when she infiltrated a prison and nearly got hurt by an inmate. She seemed shaken up by the encounter when Colter visited her to thank her for helping him out.

“You pretty much owe me for life now,” she told Colter, who replied he is “aware” of how much Billie helped him. Billie questioned his support by asking why he was “really here.” As romantic music played in the background, Colter officially apologized to Billie before making a move.

Justin Hartley and Sofia Pernas Have Hinted at Her Return to ‘Tracker’

The fictional couple took their relationship to the next level after flirting on the show, now in its second season. The most recent Tracker episode marks the third time Pernas, 35, has appeared on her husband’s hit CBS series. Hartley, 48, first worked with Pernas on The Young and The Restless in 2015. Years later, they reconnected off screen and exchanged vows in 2021. Along with Tracker, they collaborated on the short-lived Quantum Leap reboot.

“She’s wonderful. I mean, if I had my choice, I’d spend every minute with her,” Hartley gushed to Us Weekly in July 2024. “What’s really cool is when you meet someone that means so much to you, that you’re so proud to be with and so proud of, and just such a fan of, and to get to see her work, because she’s such a talented actor. She elevates scenes, and so it makes my job easier, actually. But yeah, it’s just wonderful to work with her.”

In addition to sharing the screen with Hartley, Pernas’ Billie met his friend Reenie (Fiona Rene), who also has a past with Colter. Reenie told Billie she “can see why Colter liked” her, and Billie couldn’t help but agree.

Justin Hartley and Wife Sofia Pernas’ Sweetest Quotes About Working Together

Rene previously spoke to Us about pitching interactions between her and Pernas, sharing in November 2024, “I can’t believe I haven’t talked about this. I love Sofia Pernas with everything in my body. She is such a boss. It would be so fun to work with her. I have already said to the writers’ room that we need an episode together.”

The actress said she would love to see whether her character, Reenie, would get along with Pernas’ Billie, adding, “They’ll either be best friends or absolute enemies. They’re both so similar in many ways on how they don’t take any crap. So it would be fun to explore both sides. Of course I want Reenie and Billie to be together.”

Tracker airs on CBS on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Paramount+.
