One person has died and four people were injured following a fire in Portland.
The fire broke out around 1:10 a.m. Thursday at a home on Olympia Street.
Officials said one person died and four people were injured. The injured were taken to a hospital. It’s not clear at this time the extent of their injuries.
The Portland Fire Department said several firefighters suffered minor burns and were treated at the scene.
The state fire marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire.
The house is considered a total loss.
