Demi Moore processed her Oscars loss in a very relatable way.

Moore, 62, narrowly missed out on the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in The Substance Sunday, March 2, but she had the next best things: cuddles with her dog, Pilaf, and two huge bowls of French fries!

The actress’ daughter Tallulah Willis captured her mom’s post-Oscars activities via Instagram Sunday night. In a picture shared to her followers, Tallulah, 31, snapped Moore wearing a white bathrobe, cozying up to her beloved Chihuahua and indulging in a much-deserved salty snack.

“MY winner 🍟,” Tallulah captioned the post.

Earlier in the day, Tallulah, whom Moore shares with her ex-husband, actor Bruce Willis, showed her support for her mom as she headed to the Oscars. Tallulah shared a photo of herself wearing a sweatshirt with the words, “Demi F—ing Moore.” (The former couple also share daughters Rumer, 36, and Scout, 33.)

Moore was the hot favorite to win Best Actress at Sunday’s Oscars for her performance as TV fitness guru Elisabeth Sparkle in body horror film The Substance. However, despite picking up a Golden Globe and a SAG Award for the role, she lost out on the Oscar to Anora star Mikey Madison.

“This is very surreal,” Madison said during her acceptance speech. “Forgive me, I’m nervous so I’m going to read off a paper. Thank you so much to the Academy. I grew up in Los Angeles, but Hollywood always felt so far away from me. So to be here standing in this room today is really incredible.”

Madison, who played a stripper in the film, also gave thanks to the “sex worker community” in her speech.

“I will continue to support and be an ally,” she said. “The women that I’ve had the privilege of meeting from that community have been one of the highlights of this entire incredible experience.”

The actress also competed against Wicked’s Cynthia Erivo, Emilia Pérez’s Karla Sofía Gascón and I’m Still Here’s Fernanda Torres in the category.

Gascón, Madison, Moore and Torres were all first-time Academy Award nominees this year. Erivo, 38, received two previous nods in 2020 for her film Harriet: Best Actress in a Leading Role for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman and Best Original Song for “Stand Up.”

Anora took home Best Picture, while Adrien Brody won Best Actor for The Brutalist, Zoe Saldaña took home Best Supporting Actress for Emilia Pérez, and Kieran Culkin received the Best Supporting Actor prize for A Real Pain.
