SACO — In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Norway Savings Bank “elves” made a special visit to Adoptive & Foster Families of Maine in Saco in late December to deliver a surprise $1,000 donation.
AFFM provides support services for adoptive and foster parents as well as kinship providers. The organization offers training, guidance, knowledge, and resources needed to handle complex issues as families across Maine open their hearts and homes to children. AFFM works closely with a variety of community collaboratives, resources, and agencies to help reduce barriers so families can provide safe and supportive homes for youth in their care.
For more information about AFFM, including the ways in which you can help the cause, visit www.affm.net, email [email protected], or call 207-827-2331.
