Down East Maine saw the most snowfall in a brief snowstorm that swept across Maine Monday morning.
Monday’s snowfall was the most significant snow the state has seen in nearly a month, as a mild drought continues to persist.
Much of central Maine saw between 4 to 6 inches of snowfall Monday, while some Down East towns saw as much as 10 inches of snow. Read the latest snowfall totals as reported by the National Weather Service below.
