Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater are spellbound by one another!

The Wicked costars, who have been dating since July 2023, put on a loved-up display at the National Board of Review Awards in New York City on Tuesday, January 7, as they celebrated their movie winning the Best Film award.

Grande, 31, had her arm through Slater’s as they took the stage to collect the prize with costar Cynthia Erivo. The couple were also photographed cozying up to one another during the ceremony, with Grande resting her face against Slater’s. At one point, they appeared to enjoy a chat with fellow guest Kieran Culkin.

For Tuesday’s red carpet occasion, Grande continued to channel her Wicked character, Glinda, in a baby pink gown with spaghetti straps. She wore her hair in a sleek ponytail. Slater, meanwhile, looked dapper in a shiny black suit.

Have Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater Met Each Other’s Families?

Grande and Slater first met on the set of Wicked in December 2022. Us Weekly confirmed they were dating in July 2023 following the end of their respective marriages. (Grande was wed to Dalton Gomez, while Slater shares a son with ex Lillie Jay.)

In December, a source told Us that the couple are completely head over heels for one another as they celebrate Wicked’s box office success. (The film grossed over $450 million in the U.S.)

“Ariana and Ethan have written a whole new book together,” the source told Us exclusively. Even though they’ve been together for more than a year, they are “still in the honeymoon phase of pure bliss,” a second insider shared.

“The Wicked press tour made their relationship ever stronger, and Ariana is over the moon about Ethan,” the source continued. “They have so much in common, which is something Ari never had with past relationships.”

Grande’s romance with Slater is “a new dynamic” for the singer, the second insider told Us. The first source added that the couple is “living in bliss” following the release of Wicked, adding that “their friends are fully supportive.”

Ariana Grande Sweetly Supports Boyfriend Ethan Slater With Rare Comment

In an interview with GQ in October, Slater opened up about his relationship with the “Into You” singer, which began soon after they both separated from their spouses. Both actors denied that they cheated on their then-partners amid widespread speculation.

“Obviously, it was a really super big year, and I think there was something that was really difficult about things in your private life being commented on and looked at by the public,” he said. “There were a lot of big changes in private lives that were really happening, so it’s really hard to see people who don’t know anything about what’s happening commenting on it and speculating, and then getting things wrong about the people you love. So just to address that part of it, that feels really hard.”
