More details have surfaced from the civil lawsuit that claims Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay-Z allegedly raped a 13-year-old.
In the amended civil complaint that was filed on Sunday, December 8, the anonymous woman going by Jane Doe recalled the hours leading up to the alleged sexual assault. According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, the accuser recalled being invited to an afterparty by a driver who claimed he worked for Diddy, 55. The amended complaint further alleges that the driver went on to tell the plaintiff that Diddy allegedly liked younger girls.
The woman was 13 at the time of the alleged incident. After she arrived at the party, she was asked to sign an NDA before being given a drink that she thought was drugged. The plaintiff was then approached by Diddy who had a “crazed look in his eyes” before telling her, “You are ready to party!” The complaint went on to claim that Diddy threw her toward a wall, which caused her to fall.
Jane Doe recalled stumbling before Diddy allegedly grabbed her again and “threw her on the bed.” The complaint claimed Jay-Z, 55, removed her clothes and held her down as he raped her, while both Diddy and a female celebrity watched. The woman then was allegedly raped by Diddy as Jay-Z and the female celebrity watched.

The civil lawsuit was originally filed in October but updated on Sunday to include Jay-Z’s name. Both Diddy and Jay-Z have continued to deny all the claims against them about the afterparty that allegedly took place after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people,” Jay-Z, who shares kids Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Rumi and Sir, both 8, with wife Beyoncé, said in a statement to Us Weekly. “I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.”
Jay-Z directed a message to Tony Buzbee, who has filed numerous lawsuits against Diddy including the amended complaint on Sunday. “You seem to exploit people for personal gain,” the record producer continued. “Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.”
After the lawsuit made headlines, Jay-Z’s lawyer asked the federal court in New York to dismiss the case completely and have the accuser’s name made public.
“Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensationalized, publicity-hunting fashion — of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation, and tarnishing a reputation earned over decades,” the Monday, December 9, court documents stated. “That campaign was cynical and calculated to force payment of an exorbitant sum of money — Defendant would have to pay X millions of dollars irrespective of the truth, or else.”

The filing continued: “When Defendant refused to pay and instead took measures to establish his innocence, this unnamed Plaintiff and her self-promoting counsel (whose name has been splashed across headlines and press conferences under auspices of representing her) went to extraordinary lengths to shut down fair defense. But those efforts, too, failed.”
Diddy’s attorneys released a response to the allegations as well.
“This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs,” the statement read.
