2025 Hollywood Casino Concert Series set for Maine Savings Amphitheater
BANGOR – Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway is the new sponsor for the concert series at Maine Savings Amphitheater. The 2025 Hollywood Casino Concert Series will kick off in the springtime, with a full slate of shows to run through the season at the Maine Savings Amphitheater, located in the heart of downtown Bangor.
“One of the things that has become apparent to me in my short time here is that Bangor is the entertainment hub of Maine,” said Hollywood Casino Vice President and General Manager Marc Guastella. “Between the acts at the Cross Insurance Center and the Maine Savings Amphitheater, the entertainment at Hollywood Casino, and the festivals and events happening on the Bangor Waterfront, the activity in this area is amazing. We are proud to be the sponsor for the 2025 concert series, and are excited to see what is in store.”
Two shows have already been announced for the 2025 season: Goo Goo Dolls with Dashboard Confessional on Tuesday, Aug. 5 and Papa Roach with Rise Against on Saturday, Sept. 20.
“Hollywood Casino Bangor was one of our very first sponsors and has supported us in many ways over the years,” said Chris Rudolph of Waterfront Concerts. “We’re ecstatic to be continuing our relationship with one of Bangor’s best.”
This is the latest announcement from Hollywood Casino showing an emphasis on entertainment. The casino has been hosting comedy nights, and will be expanding its hours as of Jan. 1, 2025. In preparation for the new hours, Hollywood Casino is adding new jobs, and is actively recruiting to fill new slots.
