Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia is asking for help after feeling “sick from anxiety” following her split from Zach Bryan.
LaPaglia, 25, shared an emotional TikTok video on Monday, November 11, detailing her recent 15-pound weight loss. She revealed that despite her best efforts, she’s been too distraught to eat in the wake of her October breakup.
“I’m a very skinny person, I’ve always been. That’s my build, I’m a skinny girl — but I’ve always been, like, healthily skinny,” she told her followers. “I just gain what my body can gain.”
The “PlanBri Uncut” podcast host explained that she’s been “down to 111 pounds for a while now,” noting it’s “not cool.”

“That was my high school weight. My comfortable normal weight was about 130 pounds,” LaPaglia said before zooming the camera out to show a picture of her before she began dating Bryan, 28, and after their split.
LaPaglia revealed just how thin her legs have become, calling it “f—ing crazy.” The Barstool Sports personality teared up, saying, “It’s not because I didn’t want to eat. I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally.”
She continued: “When you’re in a constant fight or flight, your body is so anxious to the point where you throw up, you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down.” LaPaglia said that during her relationship turmoil she “always felt like I was going to throw up, so I would eat, like, one meal a day and things just don’t snap back.”

LaPaglia confessed, “I have this new anxiety that I’ve never had in my life. I’m still really struggling with it. I want to know ways to cope with it and how to gain f—ing weight back.”
Last month, Bryan announced via Instagram that he and LaPaglia called it quits after more than a year of dating. LaPaglia claimed on October 22 that she was “blindsided” by the “Pink Skies” singer’s announcement.
Once LaPaglia had a little time to process the split, she decided to open up about her time with Bryan during the November 7 episode of her “BFFs” podcast. She alleged that she was “emotionally abused” during her relationship with Bryan.

“I kept showing up when I shouldn’t have, and I kept loving and giving when I shouldn’t have. That’s a me problem,” she told her listeners and coshosts Josh Richards and Dave Portnoy. “If you’re not getting the love that you’re giving you have to walk away and I genuinely think that this is such a blessing because who f—ing knows how long I would have stayed and how long I would have dealt with this s—.”
Among the allegations LaPaglia hurled at Bryan, she claimed that his team asked her to sign an NDA and offered her a “lump sum” of money — $12 million — to sign all of her “experiences” with the singer away. She said she refused the payment.
LaPaglia claimed in a TikTok video posted on Sunday, November 10, that Bryan took their cat, Stump, following their breakup. “I miss Stump so much. I wanna f—ing kidnap him. But when [Bryan] left and didn’t tell me anything, he took Stump out of spite. He didn’t even like cats,” she alleged.
