Rodgers brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering innovation. Her experience spans from the East to the West coast and she is well-versed in the financial sector. Before joining SBSI, she held key leadership roles with UNUM, TD Bank, MUFG, West Monroe, and Affirm. She brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to Saco & Biddeford Savings.

In her new role, Rodgers will oversee the bank’s operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers and the community. She will also play a pivotal role in executing the bank’s strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and expanding our service offerings.

A native of Westbrook and the oldest of five siblings, Rodgers is happy to return to Maine and her family. In 2016, she became a certified health and wellness coach and in her free time, she looks forward to continuing her passion of leadership and personal change coaching.
