I have known Chip Curry for over 15 years, through having kids roughly the same age and theater (He was a better mayor than I ever will be in “The Music Man”). And we occasionally call each other to catch up and share thoughts on Belfast, the mid-coast and Waldo County. He is a dedicated family person, which I greatly admire.
Recently we came together to work on the Hutchinson Center in the attempt to keep it as an educational site for future generations. The reason we are both doing this is pretty simple. No matter how you slice it, having an educational center in the Midcoast is imperative for future growth, and future education for many, any, or all.
Chip Curry has earned my deep appreciation as a senator. I trust him. He cares, and he always follows through. I fully support him for state Senate in 2024 and beyond!
