A woman hurt in a Monday morning crash in Scarborough has died.
Tia Rea, 48, of Buxton was seriously injured in the 9 a.m. crash near the intersection of County Road and Riverwoods Drive, according to the Scarborough Police Department.
Two other people — Tomas Escobar, 47, of Buxton as well as a child — also suffered serious injuries in the crash, Scarborough police said.
All three were hospitalized.
Rea succumbed to her injuries on Monday night, according to police.
The crash remains under investigation.
No additional information was immediately available.
