A Surry man is missing.
Franklin McCormick, 84, was reported missing Monday from his Toddy Pond Road home, according to Lt. Aaron Turcotte of the Maine State Police.
McCormick, who suffers from dementia, may be driving a silver Toyota Rav4 with Maine registration 9563KH, Turcotte said late Monday night. He could be heading toward West Virginia, but Turcotte said McCormick knows no one there.
Turcotte described McCormick as a white man, about 5-foot-8, weighing 145 pounds and hacing brown hair and green eyes.
McCormick may be wearing jeans and a dark T-shirt.
