Two people were rescued Wednesday after their sailboat capsized in Orland.
The boat capsized in strong winds about 2 p.m. on Toddy Pond, according to the Orland Fire Department.
Both passengers were picked up by a passer-by on the pond, while an Orland fire crew righted the sailboat and unfurled its sail to tow it to a secure mooring.
