A man allegedly attacked a Liberty selectman on Tuesday evening.
Roland Singer, 56, has been charged with assault and criminal mischief, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Singer allegedly assaulted the selectman at the Liberty Town Office about 7:50 p.m. That left the selectman with minor injuries that were treated at the scene, Moss said Friday morning.
