BANGOR, Maine — A man who was reportedly in his underwear was trying to break into vehicles in Bangor on Wednesday morning, according to police.
Alexander Justice is also accused of throwing rocks through the windows of Bangor businesses.
He was arrested after Bangor police were called to Center Street at around 6:45 a.m. after receiving a report that a man in his underwear was trying to break into a vehicle that didn’t belong to him.
Several downtown businesses also told police that they believed Justice had been throwing rocks through windows early Wednesday morning.
Justice was arrested, and has been charged with criminal mischief as well as criminal attempt for burglary of a motor vehicle. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail.
